Rugby

Rugby is a fun and energetic program designed for young children aged 4 to 6 years. The sessions introduce kids to the basics of rugby in a safe, playful, and non-contact environment. Children build confidence as they learn teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving through exciting rugby-inspired games.

Our program focuses on developing motor skills, balance, agility, and social interaction, all while helping children burn energy and enjoy being active outdoors. Coaches use colorful equipment and age-appropriate activities to make every session engaging and enjoyable.

What Kids Learn:

  • Basic Rugby Skills

Children learn simple rugby fundamentals such as running into space, catching and passing, and carrying the ball safely. All activities are non-contact and focused on fun.

  • Movement & Coordination

Through playful drills and obstacle games, kids improve balance, speed, coordination, and overall body awareness.

  • Teamwork & Social Skills

Children practice communicating, taking turns, and working together, helping them build confidence and strong social skills.

  • Confidence & Independence

Supportive coaching helps each child feel capable and proud, encouraging independence and a positive attitude toward learning.
